Former property developer George Tracey has launched an appeal against a Circuit Court order granting Nama possession of his luxury manor house in Co Westmeath.
The Georgian estate Mearescourt, which Tracey runs as a bed and breakfast, was used as security on AIB loan facilities of around €9 million which in 2010 were transferred to the state’s bad bank.
