Former FAI kit supplier to be wound up after ‘chaotic’ attempt to repay its debts

The loss of a contract with the FAI heralded in a “turbulent, chaotic, and extraordinarily difficult” period for its former kit supplier, a director of the company said in High Court filings.

Jonathan Courtenay, of JACC Sports Distributors Ireland, said the failure of his company’s business has been a “traumatic” event for him and Patrick Peyton, his co-director.
