Tiarnan O’Mahoney has issued the High Court claim against Irish Pensions Trust
Former Anglo Irish Bank executive Tiarnan O’Mahoney has initiated legal proceedings against the bank’s pension providers.
The former chief operations officer at the bank issued the High Court claim against Irish Pensions Trust, a division of Mercer, late last month.
