Foley and partners to net €30 million in Clerys sale
Consortium puts iconic site in capital on the market
Deirdre Foley has officially put Clerys on the market in a move that will net her a profit of more than €30 million on the controversial investment.
Natrium, the consortium which purchased the iconic Dublin department store in 2015 for €29 million, has instructed Knight Frank to find a buyer for Clerys. The sales process has been code-named Project Surf.
