FitzPatrick’s wife gets nothing in €6m court claim

The wife of former Anglo Irish Bank chairman Sean FitzPatrick walked away from her €6 million court claim last week without a cent, The Sunday Business Post can reveal.

On Tuesday, Catriona FitzPatrick settled three High Court actions in which she alleged she was entitled to a stake in 18 of her husband’s assets.

In 2010, the former banker was declared bankrupt with debts of €147 million and assets of €47 million. He was discharged from bankruptcy in 2014.
