The three facility letters from Irish Nationwide to former Anglo Irish Bank chief executive Sean FitzPatrick were displayed on screens for the jury to look at.
Dated September 27, 2004, they offered up sums of €18.3 million, $847,934 and £3.329 million for the stated purpose of refinancing Anglo facilities in the names of FitzPatrick and various other partnerships.
