The inquiry into the alleged touting of tickets at the Rio Olympics last year has been published.

In his report, retired judge Carroll Moran confirms thatits work was hampered by the absence of co-operation, not only from some of the main parties such as former Olympic Council of Ireland president Pat Hickey, but also from international bodies such as the International Olympic Committee and the Rio organising committee.
