Final Siteserv report to be submitted to Taoiseach within weeks after no High Court challenge

The commission of inquiry into the sale of Siteserv to Denis O’Brien in 2012 will submit its long-awaited final report on the transaction to Micheál Martin within weeks after no party challenged the draft findings in the High Court.
Mr Justice Brian Cregan, the judge leading the inquiry, today published his 12th interim report on the sale of Siteserv to an O’Brien-owned company 10 years ago.
