The spate of attacks on Quinn Industrial Holdings (QIH) executives has been timed to coincide with board meetings, senior figures in the firm believe.

It was thought until recently that the arson attacks on executives’ homes and physical assaults were opportunistic. However, executives now believe there is a pattern which shows they were planned to cause maximum disruption to the company.
