Father and son ‘face financial ruin’ over €5.2 million in unpaid taxes

The High Court has found that a father and son from Wexford, who owe more than €5.2 million to the Revenue Commissioners, appear to have engaged in “some level of tax evasion”.

Judgment was lodged against businessmen Annino Forte, and Corrado Forte last week, with the court noting that they are likely “to face financial ruin” as a result of their vast debts.
