Examiner finds concentration of risk in former FAI kit supplier JACC ‘unwise’

A finance firm’s decision to concentrate investment in the former kit supplier of the Football Association of Ireland (FAI) was “at best unwise and could be characterised as irresponsible”, an examiner’s report has found.

Trade Tower Finance Ireland Limited (TTFI) and Deal Partners Logistics (DPL), its subsidiary, are being reviewed by an examiner after the High Court heard that investors were owed more than €13 million in outstanding loan note repayments.
