Ex-Newstalk chief executive speaks out on ‘flawed’ Hook

Frank Cronin, a former chief executive of Newstalk, has spoken out about the suspension of the station’s presenter George Hook following his statements on rape.

“There is no right in suggesting a rape victim has some culpability. Violation is violation and there are no circumstances where a man has even a slight mitigation of guilt,” Cronin said.
