ESB will act like a monopoly until watchdog and Eirgrid act – Cowen

The ESB, the semi-state energy company, will continue to act like a monopoly player in the wholesale energy market until the energy regulator and Eirgrid properly do their jobs, Barry Cowen, the Fianna Fáil TD, has claimed.
