Ervia reviews security of gas and water against terrorism threat

The semi-state company Ervia is boosting security at its gas and water facilities in an effort to prevent a possible terrorist attack.

In a recent submission to the Department of the Taoiseach, the company said it had liaised with An Garda Síochána and the PSNI on security standards at critical assets.
