Enterprise Ireland recorded a near €200 million return on investment in companies it backed between 2018 and 2021, new figures show.

During the same period it wrote off €43.9 million in investments, according to data supplied by the state agency.

The additional figures have been released on the back of a parliamentary question posed by Paul Murphy, the People Before Profit-Solidarity TD, in relation to write-offs.
