ChildFund Ireland, which is currently under investigation by the Charities Regulator, has received a €60,000 lifeline from its parent organisation amid ongoing takeover talks.

The most recent accounts for ChildFund show that the Irish charity is in the middle of a due diligence process with ChildFund International, its US-based parent organisation.
