AI customer service firm lands Google top prize
The artificial intelligence (AI) business EdgeTier plans to seek further funding of over €5 million in 2021 after completing a round last week which raised €1.5 million. The Dublin-based firm, which won Google’s Adopt a Start-up programme last week, provides AI tools to enhance customer service.
