Dunnes Stores employees went on strike in April of last year

The Labour Court has ordered Dunnes Stores to pay compensation to night workers whose wages were docked after they took part in industrial action last year.

Staff staged a 24-hour strike from midnight, April 1, 2015, over low-hour contracts, job and income security.

For a group of night workers, the strike straddled two rostered shifts.
