A planning challenge by Dunnes Stores to the €40 million expansion of the Square shopping centre in Tallaght has been dismissed by the High Court.

The retail giant, which is an anchor tenant at the existing centre, took the action claiming that An Bord Pleanála had carried out an inadequate environmental impact assessment of the proposed development.
