Dublin houses record slight rise in sale prices

The average ‘sold price’ of Dublin-based houses rose marginally over the past 12 months.

Analysis of property price register records for the first three months of 2018 and 2019 has shown that the average sold price for houses in Dublin rose by 0.33 per cent.

Some 3,913 Dublin properties were sold in the first quarter of 2018, compared to 3,605 sold in the first three months of this year, according to research by property search engine Perfect Property.
