Two of Ireland’s top architecture firms are no longer working on the landmark City Library project at Parnell Square after the design team’s contract was terminated by Dublin City Council late last year, the Business Post can reveal.

Grafton Architects headed up a multidisciplinary design team alongside conservation experts Shaffrey Architects since 2015.
