The Tenth Man, a creative marketing agency based in Dublin, is opening an office in New York later this year and plans to create over 60 jobs by the end of 2023.

The business was founded in 2018 by Ken Robertson, formerly “head of mischief” at Paddy Power. Its clients include SBK, a betting company, Irish Distillers and TG4.

“We’ve made some significant senior hires that have enabled us to move faster. Back in 2018, I wasn’t just taking a punt on myself but also on my young family. If you don’t change, nothing’s going to change. Within the first 12 months, I knew it was the right decision,” Robertson told the Business Post.
