Drumm ‘has a lot of friends’, says US lawyer
Tracy Miner, a noted attorney with the Massachusetts firm Demeo who is acting for David Drumm, has declined to comment on who is paying her fees for representing the former Anglo Irish Bank chief executive in his American bankruptcy appeal and potent
“I can’t comment on my fees or who is paying them. I can say that David has a lot of friends and supporters who want to see that he is treated fairly,” Miner said in an email.
Last month *The Sunday Business Post* reported that Drumm was seeking to raise $250,000 from a group of former clients of the bank in order to pay his living expenses and legal costs during his battle.
