Lowest number of new cases before the court in a decade
The number of new cases before the Commercial Court last year was the lowest in a decade, provisional figures released to The Sunday Business Post show.
Approximately 150 cases came before the big business division of the High Court between January and mid-December of 2015, compared to 171 for the whole of 2014.
