Chapel Gate Whiskey, the whiskey bonder founded by Louise McGuane, a drinks industry veteran, has raised a further €2.1 million in funding.

The company, which is behind the JJ Corry brand of whiskey, raised the money from several mostly US-based investors, including its new partner Trinity Beverage Group, the American drinks distribution company.
