Donnelly to competition watchdog: probe use of Section 110

Fianna Fáil TD Stephen Donnelly has asked the competition watchdog to examine whether the use of the controversial S110 structure by funds backed by the Irish Strategic Investment Fund (ISIF) could fall foul of Irish or EU law.

It follows a report in The Sunday Business Post, which detailed how at least two firms backed by ISIF are using the structure.
