A property developer has avoided having to divulge confidential information from his multimillion-pound divorce proceedings in Britain as part of a lawsuit in Ireland.

Donal Gallagher, part-owner of the Galldris Group, a construction company based in England, was not obliged to provide certain private information, but was ordered to provide emails, phone records and WhatsApp messages spanning more than a five-year period.
