Telecom's mogul Denis O'Brien claims he has been defamed by PR firm Red Flag as part of a conspiracy with an unknown client who commissioned a dossier on the businessman.
Barrister Michael Cush, for O'Brien, is presenting arguments to the High Court in a bid to secure an order forcing Red Flag to reveal the identify of its client.
