Owner pushes back against vulture fund
The 71-year old owner of the €1.95 million-valued Knocklofty House in Tipperary has fought vulture fund Cerberus to a standstill over its right to repossess the stately home.
The fund, which this week was revealed as having paid just €1,900 on revenues of €77 million, had sought to appoint a receiver over the 40,000 square foot Clonmel house.
