DCC expands into Norway - inside the deal
The company has agreed to buy Esso's petrol station network in Norway for £235 million
DCC has agreed to buy the retail petrol station network of Esso Norge, the third largest in Norway, for around £235 million (€272 million). Here are the key elements of the deal, which is the second largest in the company's history:
