Cuisine de France founder Ronan McNamee has lost a Supreme Court appeal over a Revenue notice which found he had engaged in a tax avoidance scheme.
In 2011, the businessman was issued with a notice of opinion that he owed over €5 million in Capital Gains Tax arising from transactions he and his wife had entered in 2007.
