Developers sign up for €144k in state subsidies to build private apartments
It is hoped the help for builders will allow them to deliver affordable housing
Developers have sought state subsidies to help build 2,102 apartments to be sold on the open market using the €450 million Croí Cónaithe fund, new figures show.
