Creditors get first payout from Gorse Hill family assets

The official administering the bankruptcy of retired solicitor Brian O’Donnell and his wife will make the first distribution to creditors from the couple’s estate next month.

While the distribution will take place at a High Court hearing on the morning of May 22, no figures have yet been released on just how much will be distributed.
