Court strips Marley of personal insolvency protection
Businessman Philip Marley’s bid to ward off creditors with a personal insolvency arrangement has been struck out by the High Court.
The developer has also been ordered to pay the costs of the action by Mr Justice Denis McDonald.
The move comes as no surprise after creditors voted down proposals for an insolvency arrangement last September, pushing Marley a step closer to bankruptcy.
