Court asked to lift Goodman Blackrock clinic injunction

The Commercial Court has been asked to lift an injunction restraining Larry Goodman from appointing a receiver over the shares of a fellow shareholder in the Blackrock Clinic.

The order was secured by surgeon Joseph Sheehan, one of the founders of the private hospital, on December 22, 2014 after his IBRC loans were acquired by the Goodman company Breccia.
