Coulson major shareholder in liquidated fund firm Ledaig

Notoriously media-shy Irish billionaire Paul Coulson is the majority shareholder in a company that is being wound up under provision of the Companies Act 2014.

Ledaig Ltd, which had its company address on Fenian Street on Dublin 2, was a fund and investment company and was in business for 28 years before being dissolved late last year.

At the time of liquidation, Ledaig had €1.2 million in assets and €6,000 in liabilities.
