The state’s corporate watchdog has told the Business Post that the report into the sale of Siteserv to a company controlled by Denis O'Brien gives rise to concerns.

Last month, the Commission of Investigation into the sale of the company by the Irish Bank Resolution Company (IBRC) found that up to €8.7 million was lost at taxpayers' expense in the sale.
