Cork energy tycoon planning data centre in Dublin

Cork energy tycoon Michael Murnane, one of the country’s biggest wind farm developers, has plans to enter the data centre sector.

The businessman’s new joint venture with John Cleary’s JCD group – Clonmont Developments – has revealed plans to build a data centre larger than the pitch at the Aviva Stadium near Dublin Airport.
