Contract means more dough for Pat the Baker
After using Irish Pride as the distributor of its bread for over 20 years, brown-bread maker McCambridge has moved its contract to Pat the Baker.
Established in 1985, McCambridge is the country’s leading brown-bread seller, with about one third of the market.
The company also includes Gill’s Bakery and Cookes Bakery.
