The Irish government has failed to properly assess and address risks resulting from Britain’s overnight withdrawal from the European Atomic Energy Community (Euratom) in the case of a no-deal Brexit, according to NGO consortium the Irish Environmental Network (IEN).

The comments were made by the IEN environmental law officer Attracta Uí Bhroinn in response to the publication of the Irish government’s National Risk Assessment last week.
