Competition body deepens inquiry into MCD takeover by LN-Gaiety

The competition watchdog has deepened its investigation into the planned takeover of concert promoter MCD by LN-Gaiety, a joint venture company owned by MCD founder Denis Desmond, his wife Caroline Downey and Live Nation.
