Unnamed Chinese aviation firm will pay €70 per square foot for Dublin 4 base
A Chinese aviation company has set a new benchmark for office rent by taking space in a new Dublin 4 development owned by the Comer Group for €70 a square foot.
The deal, which was signed recently, will see the Chinese company whose name is as yet unknown, take a significant lease in Number One Ballsbridge which was formerly the site of the UCD Veterinary College.
