Coleman sued over alleged €6m vulture fund debt

An asset fund linked to US investment giant CarVal has initiated Commercial Court proceedings against Dublin solicitor and developer David Coleman over an alleged €6 million debt. Coleman and builder John Joseph Murphy are being sued by Feniton Property Finance in connection with their boom-time investment in the Castle Oaks hotel, Limerick, which sold for €3 million last week.
