Civil service committee on financial services met without releasing minutes required by code

A group chaired by the Minister of State at the Department of Finance met seven times in the last year to plan the government’s new international financial services (IFS) strategy without publishing legally required records of those meetings.

The group was made up of senior international finance, accounting and legal executives as well as senior Department of Finance officials and the IDA.
