Chip shortage delays profits at HealthBeacon

However, sales at the Dublin health-tech firm rose by 57 per cent

HealthBeacon, the digital health-tech firm, has pushed its forecast for profitability out to 2024 due to a chip shortage delaying production.

Jim Joyce, the chief executive, said in April that the firm should become profitable by January of next year. However, he told the Business Post last week that it would now be the first quarter of 2024.
