Chinese firm gets another chance to take claim against Ganley despite ‘bare-bones allegations’

A Chinese-backed satellite company has been given a third chance by a US court to state a claim of defamation against Rivada Networks, Declan Ganley’s telecommunications company.

Kleo AG, the Chinese-backed company, is suing Rivada in Washington DC over what it claims were defamatory comments made by Ganley on a podcast in March of 2022.
