China ‘failed to call out Russian aggression’ towards Ukraine, Micheál Martin says

Tánaiste Micheál Martin has warned that China “failed to call out Russian aggression” and must use its “considerable influence” to end the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

The Minister for Foreign Affairs also warned that China must not invade Taiwan, and that it had to “step up” in reducing carbon emissions as the biggest emitter in the world with its population of 1.4 billion people.
