Children’s Hospital designers paid more after ‘omissions’ hike costs by €20m

The absence of certain features from the hospital has been cited as one of the reasons why its budget has almost trebled from €637 million to €1.7 billion

The design team for the National Children’s Hospital in Dublin 8 are to receive increased fees after presiding over €20 million of “design omissions”.
