Fluctuation in costs associated with the completion of the National Children’s Hospital could have a “significant impact” on the delivery of the HSE’s capital plan this year.

Stephen Donnelly, the Minister for Health, on Monday announced details of this year’s €1 billion spending plan, which commits almost one third of the total budget (€324 million) to the project, which is due for completion in March next year and which is expected to cost €1.7 billion.
