Tusla’s decision to return two children despite sexual abuse allegations will come under severe scrutiny in the High Court this week

Tusla, the Child and Family Agency, will have serious questions to answer in the High Court this week over its decision to return two young children to their family in the face of extreme sexual abuse allegations.

Last May, after 29 days at hearing, Tusla withdrew an application from the District Court for orders to keep the siblings in care.
